Our festival is designed as an event with a limited number of participants, where we aim to create a high-quality, connected, and safe dance experience for everyone involved.
To ensure this, the organizers reserve the right to selectively approve applications. This means that submitting a registration does not automatically guarantee participation.
When selecting participants, we consider several factors, such as overall alignment with the spirit and direction of the event, dance experience and involvement within the community, contribution to a positive group dynamic, and previous experience with individual participants.
We are fully committed to non-discrimination. All applications are reviewed regardless of gender, sexual orientation, identity, nationality, race, religion, age, or any other personal circumstance. All decisions are based solely on the above-mentioned content-related criteria and the vision of the festival.
Our goal is to maintain a pleasant and inclusive atmosphere for everyone. If we determine that a particular registration could negatively affect the experience of others, we reserve the right to decline it without further explanation.
All decisions are made thoughtfully, responsibly, and in the best interest of the entire community.
This event is an independent partner of the Bachata Social World Cup competition and follows all of its official rules and regulations.
Note: Participation is not based on gender. Dancers can freely choose whether they wish to compete as a leader or follower. All dancers are free to join J&J competition, except for artists of Latina Istriana - Bachata Luxury experience.

Please register, and wait for confirmation and payment link as event in REGISTRATION ONLY! Participants of the competition will automatically be confirmed for the event. We will notify you over email, so check your spam folder regularly.
🔢 Numbers Visibility: Participants must visibly wear their number throughout all competition stages.
🤸 Acrobatics
Allowed: both partners maintain contact with the floor with one leg at least.
Prohibited: Lifts or any movement resulting in both feet of one dancer leaving the ground simultaneously.
👗 Dress Code
Stylish and social-dance friendly. Express yourself while staying comfortable on the dance floor. Heels are optional for ladies.
😊 Code of Conduct
Show kindness and respect to all participants, judges, and staff—both on and off the dance floor. Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind will not be tolerated. Support and celebrate each other's dancing, and help create a welcoming, inclusive environment for everyone.

📣Announcement of Results
Results will be announced immediately after the preliminary round, following a short break. The finalists will be announced right before the finals. The winners will be announced at a gala party after a short break.

🚫 Conflict of Interest Policy
Judges are not allowed to evaluate their current dance partners, romantic partners, or family members. Judges will remain neutral, even when evaluating friends, students, teammates, or instructors, in order to avoid bias.

In case of a tie, the final decision will be made by lead judge.

To preserve spontaneity, songs will not be shared with participants in advance. The music will reflect the rich diversity typically found at Bachata socials.
